- The most convenient parking space near Manila City Hall is SM City Manila Parking
- SM Manila Parking is open from 6:30 am onwards
- Parking Fee: 40 pesos flat rate (as of January 2019)
B. Requirements
For Renewal of Professional Tax

- Original previous Professional Tax Receipt (PTR)
- Photocopy of Previous Professional Tax Receipt (PTR)
- PRC I.D.
- If a representative will process the requirements on
behalf of the applicant
· Authorization letter
· Identification Card of the authorized representative

C. Steps for Renewal of PTR
- Enter gate of Manila City hall near SM Manila
- Turn left on the Office of the Mayor – Electronic Data Processing Service
- Go to Professional Tax Receipt (PTR) Booth in front of License Division
- Give them one photocopy of your previous PTR
- The government employee will hand you a paper with your name, profession and amount to Pay
- Proceed to Tax Payer’s Lounge – Manila Business Center
- Pay the corresponding fee (P300 for the Physician)
- Photocopy the new Receipt (2 copies)
- Look for the photocopy machine near the Male Comfort room
- They charge 2 pesos per page (as of January 2019)
- Go back to the Professional Tax Receipt (PTR) Booth in front of License Division
- Give one new PTR photocopy to the employee at PTR Booth

E. Deadline for Renewal of PTR to avoid Penalties
